Kim has nearly 20 years experience in the health insurance and managed care industry. She is the Sales Manager at Cedar Valley Community Healthcare and is responsible for all facets of customer acquisition and retention. She represents Cedar Valley Community Healthcare's ongoing commitment to the local community, having served as the Operations Manager in Waterloo for John Deere Health and as a Network Relations Manager for Northeast Iowa for Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield. She has a proven record in collaborating with both the provider and employer organizations in Northeast Iowa to implement effective and efficient contract provisions, payment strategies, benefit designs and product offerings. Kim graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a Bachelor's degree in Management and a Master's degree in Business Administration.
