Dave has over 10 years of progressive experience in the healthcare industry, including direct service delivery in a hospital setting, health plan operations and corporate managed care enterprises. He has a background in medical management, regulatory affairs, compliance, and small group underwriting along with proven expertise in Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid managed care. He has developed a solid network of relationships with state regulatory agencies, local and national trade associations and lobbyists across 13 states. Originally from Grundy Center, Iowa he graduated from Allen College of Nursing with a BSN degree and obtained a MSN degree (emphasis in Nursing Administration) from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois.
