Michael Hammes, who truly know the meaning of great Customer Service – CVCH has a distinct local emphasis.  Not only is the plan  managed from our Waterloo office, we  also feature local customer service and local provider relations that  use staff who live and work in the Cedar Valley.  We know that health care is provided and delivered on a local basis… so it makes sense to have your health insurance questions and issues handled by friendly, experienced personnel who really know and understand health insurance and your local community.
